Where do you ship to, and how much does it cost?
We can ship to most countries for FREE, which includes the shipping and handling charges as well as insurance for the item or items. However, the companies that we use for shipping do charge higher rates for some countries. These countries have a shipping charge of $49, which includes shipping and handling as well as entry fees. How much will I pay for shipping if I order multiple items?
The flat shipping rate that we charge will not change depending on the size or the quantity of items in your order.
I think my photo may be too damaged for a print. What can I do?
In many cases we are able to restore even old or damaged photos, but if you want to be certain we can offer you our free photo consultation service. If you are uncertain about whether your photo is of good enough quality, email it to us before you place your order.
How quickly can I expect to receive my order?
Allow 4 to 7 days for delivery. Print production requires 2 to 3 days and shipping requires 2 to 4 days.
How much will it cost to have my photo printed on canvas?
The price will depend on the size of the print and the framing option chosen on the price page.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept both PayPal and credit card payment options.
What currency do you accept as payment?
At present we are able to accept US dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds. You will have the option of choosing your currency during checkout.
What are the differences between the print options you offer?
In addition to a single print on canvas, we offer three other print options.

Wall display: These are a set of different prints on canvas that, when combined, create a dynamic composition on your wall. The main benefit of choosing a wall display rather than purchasing multiple different prints is that they are designed to go together, and the total cost will be much lower.

Split canvas: This option allows you to have one photograph split over three or four canvas to create an interesting arrangement of prints that go together on your wall.

Collage: Rather than purchase an individual print for each photograph, you can choose to have a custom collage of pictures printed onto a canvas. A collage consists of up to 20 different photographs, and you will have the option to choose between different templates to create your own design.

How will you package my order?
The way we package your order will depend on whether or not you choose a gallery wrapped canvas or framed print in your order. Unframed prints will be rolled into a protective tube so that they can be stretched at your convenience.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates are always a wonderful idea, and can be the perfect gift if you are uncertain which print the recipient would like best. When you purchase a gift certificate, you can choose for the recipient to receive an email with their code or you can have a hard copy sent to their address.
Can I combine gift certificate and discounts in my order?
You may only use one gift certificate or discount code per order, though you can choose whichever is greater for the best savings. If you have a 20% off discount code and a $40 gift certificate, for example, you can apply the one that gives you the greater value to your purchase. However, you can save the extra gift certificate or discount code for a future order.
Your site shows a 24” X 36” option, but I want a print that is 36” X 24”. Is this possible?
The sizing that we list refers to both horizontal and vertical versions of a print of that size. If you send us a horizontal picture, we will print it that way, and vice versa. However, we can also change the orientation of a photograph if you desire. Please let us know in the comment section if this is something you are interested in.
I have a black and white photo I would like to see colorized. Can you do this?
Yes, we can. Simply let us know in the comments box, and include information such as the correct eye color and hair color for the picture. We will let you see the colorized version of the photograph to approve it before we create your custom print.
Sending photos for wall display and collage canvases

What options do I have to send my photos?

Wall Display:

You can upload the photos during the order process, email them or even send your hard copies. To clarify which photo should be used for which canvas we ask that you clearly name the photos with file names that correspond with the wall display you have selected.

Collage Canvases:

Due to the large number of images, please email the photos to us. You may name the files to clarify the order you would like them used or leave it up to our photo editors. Start with 1 for the top left image and go from left to right, top to bottom. You may modify the preview before printing, up to 3 times free of charge.

What format should my photo be in?
We prefer photos to be formatted as .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff images. Be sure that you send the highest quality and highest resolution image that you have available for the best results. If you are uncertain whether a photo is good enough for a print, email us for more information.
Are there limitations on the types of photos I can have made into a print?

There are always limitations, but we try to be as flexible with our customers as possible. We do offer suggestions to our customers for finding the best quality photos that they have available.

1. For portraits, we suggest choosing the most flattering photographs possible. Though we do some photo editing, we cannot change the way somebody looks in a picture.

2. Choose higher resolution pictures. Anything lower than 100 KB is unlikely to have the detail needed for a quality print.

3. Look at all aspects of the picture, such as the background, to determine whether there is anything that might detract from the overall print. Busy backgrounds often do not make good art. If you would like a different background, or to have objects removed, include this information in the comment box and we will work with you to create the best image possible.

How often may I ask for modifications?
We allow 3 modifications, free of charge. For every additional modification we charge $10.
Will I be able to make special requests for the background in my print?
Absolutely! The option to change the background is just one of the many photo editing requests that we can fulfil. This is considered one of the modifications that you can make to your order. Simply make your request in the comments text box on the order page.
